Credits are charged per generated image: 10 for 1K, 15 for 2K, and 30 for 4K. Text-to-image generation and reference-image editing use the same rates. For example, four 1K images use 40 credits.

At the 1K rate, Starter's 900 monthly credits cover about 90 images, Pro's 3,000 credits cover about 300, and Studio's 6,600 credits cover about 660. 2K and 4K images use more credits, so you can create fewer images.

Welcome credits expire after 30 days. Monthly subscription credits expire 30 days after each issue and do not roll over. Annual subscription credits and one-time pack credits expire after 365 days. Cancelling a subscription does not change the expiry date of credits already issued.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel through the customer portal at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, and later renewals stop. Cancellation does not request a refund or extend your credits.

What is the refund policy?

You may request a refund within seven calendar days of your first subscription payment or a completely unused one-time credit pack. No credits from that purchase may have been used. Renewals, used credits, and partial billing periods are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Will a failed generation use my credits?

If DermInk or its image provider confirms a system failure, we restore the credits for that task. An image you dislike, or a task blocked by unsupported input, safety rules, or a policy violation, is not a confirmed system failure.

Are my reference images and generated images private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DermInk does not publish them in a public gallery. Free accounts keep assets for 30 days. After a valid purchase, existing unexpired assets and future assets are kept without a scheduled expiry.

Can I use images from a paid plan or credit pack commercially?

Yes, subject to applicable law, the DermInk Terms of Service, and relevant provider terms. You must have the necessary rights to your prompts and reference images. AI output is not guaranteed to be exclusive, copyright-protected, or free of third-party rights, so review it before commercial use.

Can I use a DermInk image as the final tattoo stencil?

Not without professional review. DermInk images are concept and communication references. Ask a tattoo artist to adapt the line weight, spacing, anatomy, scale, and placement, then prepare the final stencil for your skin.

How does the 48-hour welcome offer work?

Accepted Answer

The 48-hour timer starts after your first successful image. During the offer, your first credit pack is 20% off. A subscription started during the offer keeps the 20% renewal discount while that subscription remains uninterrupted. Cancelling, resubscribing, changing plans, or receiving a refund ends the price lock and does not restart the offer.
